Sample Survey Questions

The questions within a survey will depend on who the research is for, what market the product/ service is in, what stage in its lifecycle its in and the goals of the research campaign. Often, you will be asked a variety of questions which could be in different subject areas. Some examples are shown below:

Business

Example 1: How many new employees did your business/ or the business you work for employ this year?
Example 2: Did your company make a profit last year?

Economic Issues

Example 1: Do you think that interest rates should rise?
Example 2: Who do you think is to blame for the recent credit crisis?

Education

Example 1: Do you have a degree?
Example 2: Would you be interested in further education?

Elections

Example 1: Which party will you vote for in the next election?
Example 2: When was the last time you voted in the election?

Foreign Policy

Example: What do you think of the current immigration issue?

Government Institutions
